No. Our setup fees are strictly one-time. You pay once for the custom scoping, development, and deployment. Once launched, you own the configuration and code of your AI employee outright.
To keep pricing completely transparent, we configure your AI employees using your own developer API keys (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Make.com). You pay these providers directly for what you use, with zero markup from us. For most standard businesses, model API costs average between ₹200 and ₹1,500 per month.
Yes, every package includes 30 days of post-launch support and configuration warranty. If APIs update or settings break within the first 30 days, we configure and fix them for free.
After the 30-day warranty, you can either hire us for one-time updates on a project basis, or transition to our AI Partner monthly retainer (which includes unlimited adjustments, optimizations, and new worker scoping).
Yes, you can upgrade from Pilot to Core or Squad at any point by simply paying the difference. We will build on top of your existing setup to deploy additional workers and workflows.
