This page sets out how Orbit Intelligence builds and delivers AI employees, what you can expect from them, and the terms that apply when you work with us. By purchasing or using an Orbit Intelligence AI employee, you agree to the policy below.
1. Accuracy & no guarantee
Our AI employees are powerful, but they are not infallible. AI agents may make mistakes, and we do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Outputs can contain errors, omissions, or misjudgements. You are responsible for reviewing work before relying on it for any business, financial, legal, or operational decision.
2. Always cross-check output
For transparency and the best results, always cross-check the output of your AI employee. Treat it as a highly capable assistant whose work is reviewed, not as an unsupervised final authority. Cross-checking improves quality over time and protects your business from acting on an occasional error.
3. Refund policy
Refunds are available only within 2 weeks (14 days) of delivery, and only if the AI employee fails to perform the task it was built for. Refund requests outside this window, or for issues unrelated to the employee's core function (such as changes in your requirements after delivery), are not eligible. To request a refund, contact us at intelligenceorbit@gmail.com within the 14-day window with details of the failure.
4. Subscription & API costs
Any third-party subscription and API usage costs are the client's responsibility. This includes, but is not limited to, model-provider API charges, messaging or WhatsApp Business costs, hosting, and any paid tools your AI employee connects to. Our pricing covers the build and delivery of the AI employee, not the ongoing usage costs billed by external providers to your own accounts.
5. Ownership & reselling
While you receive full use of the AI employee built for you, the underlying AI employee, its configuration, and its frameworks remain the intellectual property of Orbit Intelligence. Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, or cloning our AI employees to third parties is prohibited and can lead to legal action. If you want to offer our AI employees to your own clients, contact us about a partnership instead.
6. Data & confidentiality
We treat the data and materials you share with us as confidential and use them only to build, operate, and improve your AI employee. We do not sell your data. Some data may be processed by third-party model providers (for example, to generate responses); their handling is governed by their own policies. Do not share data with your AI employee that you are not authorised to process.
7. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and access needed to build and run your AI employee.
- Ensure your use of the AI employee complies with applicable laws and platform terms (including WhatsApp, email, and data-protection rules).
- Review outputs before they are sent, published, or acted upon.
- Maintain and pay for your own third-party subscriptions and API accounts.
8. Limitation of liability
Orbit Intelligence is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of an AI employee, including decisions made based on its output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the AI employee in question. Nothing in this policy excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Service changes & availability
AI employees depend on third-party models and services that may change, deprecate, or experience downtime outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to keep your employee performing and to adapt it when underlying tools change, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of an Orbit Intelligence AI employee after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra.
